*** For Custom Orders we are unable to offer exchange or refund of products made according to customer specifications (ie including tailored items and non-standard measures), specific sizes or thicknesses, items involving additions or special modifications , etc…
You have a mattress trial period of 3 nights after delivery.
If during this period, your new mattress does not give you complete satisfaction, you can email us and discuss refund or exchange options.
The mattress must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, together with its accessories and instructions.
In order to make an exchange, please keep the original packaging during this period.
The mattress needs to be returned in the original packing material.
1. The customer must send an email to email@example.com or contact via Official Line account or Facebook page, and we will send a return number.
2. This number must be attached to the returned product.
3. Chiang Mai Mattress will take care of making appointments for the exchange (limited to an exchange per order / excluding delivery service).
4. Customer is liable for Delivery/Return fees of minimum of 300 baht or actual delivery costs.
5. Chiang Mai Mattress will exchange your mattress.
3 night trial is not available for toppers.
